Intel Offers Electric Chip and Technological Framework Platform to Changhong

(July 15)--During the 2008 China International Consumer Electronics Show （SINOCES）that was held yesterday in Qingdao City, Intel partnered up with Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. to showcase the world’s first flat panel television for healthy sports. Under this partnership, Intel provides embedded computer processing chips and the technological framework platform for the television, while Changhong Electric is in charge of manufacturing the entire device. The television is embedded with multiple online extreme sports games and comes with a simple and flexible Bluetooth sensor controller that allows users to experience the interactive games.
